Foods that can be consumed straight out of the pocket, such as plant-based jerky, plant-based ‘meat’ floss, plant-based Bolognese sauce that can be directly poured onto cooked pasta, and chewy konjac strips.

A new range of plant-based ready meals will be prominently displayed at all 18CTEA convenience stores, where these can be purchased by tired office workers craving a quick, yet healthy and satisfying meal.
Ready To Cook
Plant-based convenience foods that can be combined with any other ingredient and subjected to various cooking methods to create a tempting plant-based dish.
Three Categories of
Cooking Ingredients
Seasonings, Batter Mixes, and Soup Mixes
- Savoury plant-based powdered mixes to be added to fresh ingredients during cooking for seasoning purposes.
- Subjected to strict quality controls to ensure product safety, quality, and consistency.
Beverage Mixes
- Examples include plant-based milks and milk powder, plant-based creamer, plant- based ice cream mixes, plant-based protein powders, and premixed powders that only require the addition of water to be transformed into refreshing drinks like fruit smoothies, coffee and tea lattes, and even sugar-free sodas.
Baking and Dessert Ingredients
- We share the common belief that ‘a meal is not complete without dessert’; therefore, we have introduced various plant-based baking and dessert ingredients to ensure all individuals who adhere to a plant-based diet can always end their meals with a sweet treat.
- Just like their animal-derived counterparts, all products in this range are easily incorporated into desserts and baked goods despite their plant-based formulations. For instance, our plant-based gelatine boasts a similar mouthfeel to that of animal gelatine even though it was not extracted from animal bones.
