Kitea outlets across Malaysia, serving bubble tea and snacks prepared using authentic recipes brought over from Taiwan by Plantex founder Feliz. New Kitea outlets will be established overseas in the upcoming years.

Kitea outlets sport a minimalist aesthetic that features cute, cat-inspired decorative motifs in line with the franchise name: illustrations of kittens can be found on every surface, from plates and drinks coasters to napkins and lighting fixtures.

The stylish, Instagram-friendly interiors naturally appeal to youthful consumers (i.e. millennials and Generation Z), who create free publicity for the brand every time they upload a picture of themselves visiting a Kitea outlet to social media.

Menu offerings include Kitea’s signature brown sugar milk tea, matcha milk tea, and taro milk tea as well as more imaginative options such as cheese foam-topped fruit tea, cendol milk tea, and fizzy strawberry-flavoured coolers. Bubble tea aficionados are definitely spoilt for choice.

Kitea takes pride in serving delicious plant-based meals fast for patrons to savour at their own pace: it combines the convenience of a quick service restaurant with the relaxed ambience of a typical casual dining outlet.
